Kelly Scott is the founder of BalanceWorks Accounting & Tax Services and an experienced finance professional with a background in accounting, tax, and nonprofit leadership. Having served in executive roles, including CFO, she brings a strategic and solutions-focused approach to every client.
Kelly is passionate about helping individuals and organizations gain clarity, confidence, and long-term success through strong financial management. She currently serves on the board of the YWCA of Kalamazoo and is actively involved in her church. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting her children in their sports, traveling, attending concerts, and staying engaged in her community.
